Claims from Kennis Limited

All claims made on this website, and in advertising published by Kennis Limited, are the responsibility of Kennis Limited.

Claims from Other Parties

Kennis Limited is not responsible for claims made by other people or other companies (Other Parties).

If Other Parties make a claim about our products and services and the claim is not one that we have made, or their claim is different from a claim that we have made, then that claim is the responsibility of those others.

To try to be clearer, if someone else claims something and we haven't said that, or we said something different, then they made it up.  They may be right in their claim.  It could be something that we hadn't noticed, or hadn't mentioned.  However, if they said it, they are responsible for any actions you take while relying on it.

Where such a claim is made then they take all responsibility for any problems that their claim causes you.

If you do something, relying on something claimed by others and not by us, and that causes you a problem, then you have to take it up with the people making the claim.  Kennis Limited is not responsible for things made up by others.
